Xero Shoes Forza Trainer is the perfect barefoot shoe for the gym and training - specifically designed for weightlifting and gym workouts. The shoe is also suitable for high-intensity training forms such as crossfit and padel. The design with the Velcro strap locks the heel very well for lateral stability, while allowing the toes to spread out and the feet to move naturally thanks to the thin sole. To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.8 cm. Choose size 39.5 (26 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra.
