Xero Shoes Forza Trainer is the perfect barefoot shoe for the gym and training - specifically designed for weightlifting and gym workouts. The shoe is also suitable for high-intensity training forms such as crossfit and padel. The design with the Velcro strap locks the heel very well for lateral stability, while allowing the toes to spread out and the feet to move naturally thanks to the thin sole. Xero Shoes Forza Trainer was awarded the best weightlifting shoe in 2023 in a test with 44 brands and 160 pairs of shoes!

To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.8 cm. Choose size 39.5 (26 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra.

Forza Trainer is also very suitable for walking and fast cardio training or, for example, padel, tennis, or other similar sports. The outsole has shallow grooves and grips best on even surfaces. Xero Shoes Forza Trainer has a special design with a high-quality adjustable Velcro strap that continues behind the heel, thereby securing the foot very well in the shoe. The shoes sit very stably on the foot and can be used advantageously for sports with quick turns, jumps, and explosive movements. The upper of the Forza Trainer is made of textile that effectively wicks away moisture during workouts.
