Please note that Primus Trail is available in men's and women's models. The only difference is that the women's model is slightly narrower while the men's model is slightly wider. Men with narrow feet can therefore choose the women's model and women with wide feet the men's model.
To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot size. Add 0.6-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Keep in mind that when you exercise in the shoes, your feet get warm and swell a little, so choose closer to 1 cm extra, or slightly more. Check the size chart below (we have measured the sole here at Widetoes).

Length: True to size - take your regular size in these but follow the size chart below Width: Suitable for a narrow to wide foot Volume: Suitable for a low to medium-high foot Toe shape: Steep slope from the big toe down to the other toes. If you have a foot where the second and third toes are as long as the big toe, you may need to go one size up to get space on the little toe side.
