Hey Dude Wally Canvas is a very stylish and lightweight summer shoe in a slip-on model with elastic laces. Wally Canvas is just as suitable for work, as for the city and the beach - it really is a shoe you can use for everything during the summer.
Please note that Hey Dude are not barefoot shoes, but have a drop of about 1 cm. The shoes have a straight big toe line where the toes have space to spread out. Therefore, this shoe is suitable for those who want to try a cushioned but minimalist shoe, or for those who do not want a completely flat sole. The outer sole is very flexible in all directions and the shoes have a very low shoe weight. For a better barefoot feel and lower drop, we recommend removing the insole. Then the Hey Dude shoes become a really nice compromise shoe for beginners in barefoot shoes.

Feel on the foot:
Staff members who have worn barefoot shoes for a long time feel the shoe is cushioned due to the drop. It is better suited for someone new to barefoot shoes or specifically needs shoes with a drop. However, with the insole removed, the shoes become much more comfortable, and the flexible outsole bends with each step. Incredibly low shoe weight and light feel on the foot! The toe box is approximately on par with Groundies in width, so it fits best for narrow to normal-width feet, but the big toe line is still nice and allows the toes plenty of space. Hanna, who normally wears size 39 in her shoes, has size 39 in this model too, and it fits well on her normal-width and quite high feet.
Care instructions: Can be machine washed at 30 degrees (remove the insole first). Spray with Collonil Protect & Care to better withstand moisture and dirt.

Measure your feet (with the heel against a wall, to the longest toe). Add 0.5-1.5 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size indications in the size chart. The size chart reflects the shoe's internal measurements.
