Fit and size advice:

• Width: Suitable for a narrow to wide foot
• Volume: Suitable for a low to high foot. This model has slightly more volume than other models from Froddo and is also suitable for a higher instep.
• Size: True to size - slightly on the larger side in length. Follow the size chart.

On-the-foot feel:

• This shoe is made from soft and comfortable materials. Elliot, age 3, has high and regular-width feet, and while this model is a bit tricky to get on, it fits well once the foot is in place. His foot is 15.5 cm long, and size 26 (17 cm) fits him well. We put them on together, but he can easily take them off by himself. He runs and jumps, and says they feel nice on his feet. Compared to styles from the UP collection – like the UP TEX Snow Wool – this one definitely fits more snugly across the top of his foot. It still works for him, but there’s really no room for wool socks without it getting too tight over the instep. Maria, age 4, has low-volume, narrow feet. Her foot is 15.5 cm long, and size 26 (17 cm) is a good fit for her. The shoes feel a little loose at first, but with wool socks they fit her perfectly. She can easily put them on and take them off by herself, and they stay on nicely even when she's running.

Temperature:

• Suitable for both warm and cold winter days as the wool wicks away moisture if the feet get warm. For the coldest winter days, complement with a wool sock or merino wool sock if the child easily gets cold feet or often stands still outdoors.

Care instructions:

• The shoes have a water-repellent TEX membrane. However, this membrane should not be compared with a rubber boot in water tightness. We recommend treating with a water-repellent spray to maintain the shoes' water-repellent properties. The shoes are easy to keep clean – wipe off dirt as needed with a damp cloth. Note: Do not dry shoes with a TEX membrane in a heat cabinet.
