Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 0.5-1.5 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart. The size chart is the inside measurement of the shoe.
These measurements are verified by us at Widetoes. (We are aware that Groundie's own size chart deviates from these, but our measurements are accurate.)
