Upper: Waterproof textile (with glued seams and sewn-in tongue for improved water resistance)
Insole: TrailFoam removable insole at 3.5 mm
Outsole: Terrain rubber sole with deep grooves, profile about 8 mm in total. For an increased barefoot feel, you can remove the insole.

Fit and size advice:
True to size, slightly on the smaller side. Note that Mesa Trail WP does not have the same measurements as the mesh variant Mesa Trail II. Mesa Trail WP is slightly smaller, and you may need to size up.

Suitable for a low to normal-height foot
The shoe's weight (size 40): 283 g
Care instructions: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Treat regularly with Collonil Protect & Care to maintain the shoes' waterproofness. Note that the shoes have a waterproof membrane but should not be compared to rubber boots. They need to be sprayed regularly for the membrane to continue keeping feet dry.

Xero Shoes Mesa Trail Waterproof is a waterproof barefoot shoe for trail running, forest walks, or training when you simply want a bit better grip. Mesa Trail features a textile upper with a waterproof membrane and a very durable outsole with deep grooves. The shoes are very lightweight and provide good grip, especially in soft terrain. The wide toe box allows the toes to spread out, and the flat and flexible outsole ensures good contact with the ground. With Mesa Trail Waterproof, you can train all year round, in any weather!

To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 1-1.7 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 26.4 cm. Choose size 43 (27.5 cm) and you will have 1.1 cm extra.
