Xero Shoes HFS are designed for training and running on roads. The shoe fits very comfortably on the foot and can be adjusted for a perfect fit thanks to its special design with adjustable lacing around the midfoot and forefoot. Xero Shoes HFS are suitable for running on even surfaces such as roads and asphalt. Xero Shoes HFS are made from soft materials that feel comfortable against the skin, and the textile effectively removes moisture during training sessions. The outsole is made of durable rubber that provides good grip on hard surfaces. The removable 3.5 mm insole can be removed if you want more of a barefoot feel, but it can also be beneficial to use when running on hard surfaces.

To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.4 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 26.8 cm. Choose size 43.5 (28 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra.
