To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.8-1.8 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 28 cm. Then choose size 45 (29.6 cm) and you will have 1.6 cm extra.
