VJ Shoes Flow is a versatile running shoe designed to perform on various types of terrain with the help of 3mm lugs.
Please note that the shoes are not barefoot shoes, but they have an incredibly comfortable foot-shaped design. The shoes feature a PerFOAMance (eTPU) midsole that provides excellent cushioning at 25mm/35mm, with a 10mm drop. The spacious toe box allows your feet to move naturally, enhancing balance. To get the right size, do this: Measure your feet from heel to toe (e.g. with your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe.) This is your foot measurement. Add about 1-1.7 cm extra space to get the right size. Keep in mind that you may want to have a lot of extra space in running shoes because your feet swell when you get hot during exercise.

Fanny has a wide and high foot; she usually wears size 40, but in this model, size 41 feels just perfect, so the shoes are a bit small in size. Very comfortable fit!

Otroligt bekväm sko!
Jag har både bred och hög fot, och denna sko sitter väldigt bra. Använt den till löpning både på asfalt och i skog.

Favoritskor
Jag har en normalbred fot med låg fotrygg. Jag använder den här skon till allt! Inomhus i arbete, ärenden på stan och promenader i skogen. Den har bra grepp men går ändå bra att använda på jämna ytor. Den är bred i tårna men kramar om hålfoten, så den sitter väldigt tätt. Den har ganska högt drop, så jag brukar använda den max 3-4 dagar i veckan.
