Note, that Primus Lite model is available in both men’s and women’s versions. The only difference is that the women’s model is slightly narrower, while the men’s model is slightly wider.
Choosing the Right Size:
Men with narrow feet can choose the women's model.
Women with wide feet can choose the men's model.
To find the correct size, place your heel against a wall and measure from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. This is your foot length. Add 0.6–1.5 cm to this measurement to determine the ideal size.
When training in these shoes, your feet will warm up and swell slightly, so choosing around 1 cm or more of extra space is recommended for comfort.
Example: If your foot length is 28.4 cm, selecting size 44 (29.5 cm) gives you 1.1 cm of extra space.

For the best fit, ensure you have enough room for natural foot movement. If you are between sizes, choosing the larger one is recommended.
