Width: Suitable for a narrow to normal-width foot
Height: Suitable for a low to high foot - if you remove the insole, the shoe becomes more flat and also suitable for a high foot. If you have a low foot - complement with an insole, e.g., Omaking Fresh

Please note that Hey Dude are not barefoot shoes, but have a drop of about 1 cm. The shoes have a straight toe line where the toes have room to spread out. Therefore, this shoe is suitable for those who want to try a cushioned but minimalist shoe, or for those who do not want a completely flat sole. The outsole is very flexible in all directions, and the shoes have a very low weight. For a better barefoot feel and lower drop, we recommend removing the insole. Then the Hey Dude shoes become a really nice compromise shoe for beginners to barefoot shoes.

Care instructions: Can be machine washed at 30 degrees (remove the insole first). Spray with Collonil Protect & Care to make the shoes more resistant to moisture and dirt.
