What we love about these shoes:
Fit:
On-the-foot feel:
Odessa is a soft and flexible shoe with a wool lining that quickly feels warm and comfortable as soon as you put it on. The outsole material has been improved compared to the previous version, offering noticeably better grip – something that becomes clear when tested on a tiled floor.
The fit of the Odessa is versatile and works well for many different foot shapes. It suits feet that range from narrow to wide, and from low to high volume. However, for those with both wide and high feet, the fit may feel a bit tight. Heidi, who has a wide and high-volume foot, finds the shoes reasonably comfortable, though not a perfect fit – they feel slightly narrow on her. Victoria, with a wide and low foot, feels that Odessa fits her very well and is extremely comfortable. The same goes for Hanna (normal-width and high instep) and Natalia (normal-width and low instep) – both feel that Odessa fits their feet nicely and is pleasant to wear.
Care instructions:
Tip: Insert a wool insole to make the shoes warmer during the winter months.

Groundies Odessa GX2 is a barefoot winter boot that blends style and warmth. This updated version features the new GX2 outsole with improved rubber for better grip on slippery surfaces. The upper is made from durable, waxed leather with a matte, rustic look that develops a beautiful patina over time. Inside, soft lambswool lining keeps your feet warm and comfortable even on the coldest days.
Odessa has a clean, understated design with elegant details, making it easy to pair with both casual and more dressed-up outfits. Groundies shoes tend to have a narrower fit compared to many other barefoot brands, so this model is best suited for slim to average-width feet.

▷ Measure Your Feet Like This (Video)
How to Measure Your Feet: Place your foot inside a box with the heel against the edge or against a wall. Make sure you are standing and applying weight to your foot. Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe - this is your foot length. We recommend leaving 0,8–1,5 cm of extra space in front of the toes for a comfortable fit.
Example: If your foot measures 25.2 cm, choose size 40 (26 cm) to allow 0.8 cm of extra space.
