Here's how to choose the right size: Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose, preferably closer to 1 cm extra room. Check the size chart below. (We have measured the insole here at Widetoes).
Example: Your foot measurement is 26.5 cm. Then choose size (41) and you will have 1 cm extra room.
