Step shoes come from an experienced Hungarian shoemaker. The construction of the shoes in the Barefoot by D.D. Step collection is minimalist, with thin rubber soles that provide your feet with natural contact with the ground when walking and running. The mold follows the shape of the foot and provides plenty of space for the foot. The sole's profile is even, with no heel elevation. They have Velcro straps for easy putting on and taking off. These leather shoes are perfect for spring and autumn, and summer. The shoes are made of water-repellent outer leather with a leather lining. It is also good to regularly care for and treat the leather with suitable protective products such as moisture-repellent spray and leather balm. Made in China.

To choose the right size : Measure your child's foot. Place the heel against a wall (or inside a cardboard box with the heel against one side) and measure to the longest toe. This is the foot measurement. Always use the longer measurement if your feet are different sizes. Add 1-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Keep in mind: Children's feet grow quickly, so you may want to choose a larger shoe if you're considering two options. The lining inside the shoe also takes up space, which means you need to allow for more room inside the shoe.
Example: The child's foot measurement is 17.4 cm. Then choose size 30 (19.2 cm) and the foot will have 1.8 cm extra space.
