Suitable for a normal to wide foot.
Entry: Low to high foot volume - thanks to the wide lacing, Bliss fits both low and high feet.
Size advice: True to size. Feels higher in volume and more spacious inside than, for example, Winter, Ranger, and Entice. You can use the same size in Bliss as you normally have - the same size as in Be Lenka Ranger and Be Lenka or Barebarics summer shoes. If you want to wear wool socks inside, you should take one size larger than usual.

The barefoot shoes Be Lenka Bliss are a wonderful novelty that is not only cool but also really comfortable on the foot. The upper is covered with synthetic wool that looks stylish and pleasantly warms the feet around the ankle. The inside is covered with a thin layer of fleece, which makes the shoes wearable even during early fall and late spring. If you want Bliss warmer, you can wear a pair of wool socks inside.
The material on the outside is water-resistant nubuck, which gives the look of slightly matte nappa leather. Together with the waterproof membrane in the fleece, the shoes are completely waterproof. You should not treat Bliss with shoe cream but use, for example, Collonil Protect & Care.
The outsole of Be Lenka Bliss consists of a 4 mm thick WinterGrip rubber sole that feels a bit thicker thanks to the deep grooves in the sole that provide good grip even on ice and snow. Bliss has excellent barefoot characteristics; the toe box is wide and allows the toes to spread out. The flexible outsole provides good ground contact and lets the foot move freely while offering good protection from sharp objects and cold temperatures. The sole is naturally zero drop with no heel elevation.
Be Lenka barefoot shoes are handmade in Portugal under strict European rules regarding health, safety, and quality.
Care instructions: Remove any dirt with a damp cloth. Regularly use a moisture-protective spray (e.g., Collonil Protect & Care) so the leather better withstands moisture and dirt and the shoes remain beautiful longer.

Size chart
Here's how to choose the right size (to reduce return shipping and save the environment):

Print out this template – Print settings: A4, 100% size.
Check that the print is the correct size by placing a bank card on the designated spot
Fold the paper 90 degrees and place the foot with the heel against the edge
Make sure there is a finger's width in front of the toes. About 1.2 -1.8 cm extra length is suitable for this shoe since it has a thin fleece lining that takes up space inside the shoe.
Order the shoes, try them at home
The shoes fit well when there is room in front of the toes, and you can walk with the shoes without them slipping at the heels

If you don't have access to a printer:
Measure the feet (with the heel against a wall, up to the longest toe). Add 1.2 -1.8 cm for extra length inside the shoes and follow the size specifications in the size chart. The size chart indicates the shoe's internal measurements.
Remember that feet may be of different sizes, so measure both feet and base the size on the longer foot.
