Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, to the longest toe). Add 0.5-1.4 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size specifications in the size chart. The size chart shows the shoe's inner measurements.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.6 cm. Then choose size 40 (25.6 cm) to have an extra 1 cm of room.
