Your new favorite shoes are shipped with Bring, Posti, Matkahuolto or UPS.
Delivery time is normally 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Shipping costs are added to your order and start from 5.90 EUR or 59 SEK.
We have warehouses in both Finland and Sweden. We aim to ship Swedish customers’ orders from Sweden and Finnish customers’ orders from Finland.
Sometimes, however, a shoe happens to be on the “wrong” side of the Gulf of Bothnia. When that happens, we ship it from the other warehouse so you receive your shoes as quickly as possible. (No one likes waiting when it comes to comfort.)
If you order multiple pairs, your order may be divided and shipped from both warehouses. In that case, two shipping fees may apply since the parcels are sent from different countries.
But don’t worry – this is always clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. No surprises. Except how comfortable the shoes are.
Our Finnish warehouse is located in the same space as our physical store. This means the shoes may have been tried on in-store, but they are not used. They’ve simply been admired.
At checkout, you can choose your preferred pickup point. Transport companies (Posten, Bring, GLS, DHL) may sometimes redirect the parcel to another pickup location if the first one is full or the parcel is too large.
Parcels sent from our Swedish warehouse cannot be delivered with Matkahuolto. Once they arrive in Finland, Posti takes over the delivery.
Some Be Lenka and Barebarics models are shipped directly from Slovakia if they are not available in our own warehouse. Delivery time is usually 4–8 business days.
They are delivered via DHL or GLS, and their delivery terms apply.
If your order includes both warehouse products and products shipped from Slovakia, you may receive multiple separate parcels – sometimes even up to three. It may sound dramatic, but we do this simply to get everything to you as quickly as possible.
It is possible to place VAT-free orders to Åland.
Click “Choose language” and select Åland as the country – prices will immediately be shown without VAT.
For orders delivered to Norway, free returns are not available. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Would you like to collect your order from our store in Jakobstad? Choose “Pick up from store” at checkout.
Please note: “Pick up from store” orders are not shipped – they will be waiting for you in the store.
Uncollected parcels will incur an additional shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from any refunded amount.
We love shoes – but we prefer them to travel to you, not back and forth unnecessarily.
But sometimes it happens.
For customers in Sweden and the rest of Europe:
If you wish to return a product, please use the return form included in one of the shoeboxes. If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order in the webshop.
For customers in Finland:
Log in via the “Own Account” tab in the top right corner of the menu. Please use the same email address that you used when placing your order. Once logged in, you can register your return or make a free exchange, for example to a different color or size. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item as soon as we have received your return. Drop off the parcel at your nearest Matkahuolto service point and use the code 9565765 when sending the parcel back.
If the product was shipped directly from Be Lenka, no return form is included in the parcel. In that case, email orders@widetoes.com with the subject line “RETURN”, include your order number and name – and we’ll sort it out quickly. We’re fast. Almost impressively fast.

If you return via PostNord in Sweden, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will reach us – and therefore we cannot issue a refund.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving or collecting your parcel.
The product must be in new condition and suitable for resale.
Shoes must not be tested outdoors. (Grass, gravel and forest adventures count.)
Opened packaging of accessory products (insoles, socks, shoelaces, shoe care products) cannot be returned.
We process your return within approximately one week after it reaches us.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.
For payments via Stripe or Paytrail (card or online banking), it may take 5–10 business days before the amount appears in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, simply place a new order in our webshop. (A perfectly good excuse to browse a little longer.)
If there is a defect in the product, please notify Widetoes Oy Ab in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. You can find the link to the claim form at the bottom of the website.
