1. The toes have more space and don’t get squeezed together as in traditional shoes. This helps prevent problems such as hallux valgus, ingrown toenails, and athlete’s foot.
  2. The sole is thin and flexible, providing better ground contact and balance while activating the muscles. As a result, you build stronger muscles in your feet and lower legs when wearing barefoot shoes.
  3. The sole is completely flat without a raised heel (zero drop), which means it does not harm your posture – unlike shoes with a lifted heel, which can negatively affect body alignment.
